My character is gone!

I came back today after being away for 2 days. And now I don't have my character anymore. It is gone!. After spending some time doing all the quests etc. It would suck if I have to do everything again.

It looks like closing the game and starting again helped. Don't know why it wasn't there first.

For the future, check to which server you're logging in. The new launcher tends to switch randomly between EU and NA.

My characters are gone what's the problem with this!?...last night worked and now it dosent pls help I wasted a lot of time on my 60 HM15 Tocopoco character

Can you double check that your launcher is in the correct region (North America or Europe) ?
