i can't install game

i don't know, i just install the ncsoft after click on install game... and... nothink. (watch immage for understand better)

There might be a solution I was able to find on the Microsoft support site, which suggests to un- and re-register the installer itself. Please also make sure to install Microsoft Update KB4483452 (.NET Framework Update).
