ExpressVPN not working with NC Launcher 2

I'm able to login BnS without ExpressVPN turned on. Everything loads and login is fine.

However, when I turn on ExpressVPN, NC Launcher 2 is not loading to the username and password page.

Any ExpressVPN users facing same issue here?
