Can i install on my secondary hd? My primary is full...

So i tried to install a couple of times but it get to the point where my ssd is full, i tried to change to the HD (secondary) but it keeps installing on the ssd... I even have a another problem now, the installer for the launcher is does not want to run b/c i deleted all manually (the half of the game that i downloaded...) Any thoughts?
