Whare is my heroes

Hello everyone I had three heroes on this account [contend moderated - personal information] today I go in and see that they are gone please you are recovering them the heroes are Devilkill and Streleca 60 lv hm 18 and 60 lv hm 15 what has become ignorant I want my character.
