New Launcher Incorrect Password

i have 4 bns account. my 3 alts account can login without a problem.

but my main account always got incorrect password whenever i try to login via New Launcher, I can login on the website just fine

it's only happen with my main account

i tried everything on the FAQ except resetting my password, if possible i don't want to reset it
