"Failure to Connect to Server"

Hi all,

 

 Looking for a bit of advice. I recently updated to the new launcher and now can't connect to B &S at all. I can sign in through the launcher but when it gets to the game login it repeatedly says "Failed to Connect to Server". Support say it's a problem with my ISP but everything else is absolutely fine and it worked fine before the new launcher. 

 

Any ideas anyone?

is something maybe blocking the connection for it like your windows firewall, windows defender or antivirus?

Cheers mate - tried all of these. Support says it's "packet loss" but how can you get packet loss when you can't even connect?!
