My Side Quests aren't showing on minimap.

So yesterday i was playing and i realized that my side quests don't show up on the mini map (The blue circle/red circle that appear to show you what area has what you need) aren't appearing and the only way for me to see the circles are to go to the side quest on my quest log and ''track quest'' but this only does it temporarily and they dissapear again and i have no idea why this happens i already went to my mini map and checked if all the stuff i need is checked and they are. 

Anyone know if there's a key binding for this or any other way to fix it?

Did you check in the option "show quest of lower stages" (or something similar, not sure what it is in english)? it is in the options, that is the only thing I can think f which does this...
