Selling Character Slots is a Money Loser

no point, if u got 4 character for example, the fastest speed for farming daily is 2 hour & 30 min (during event, may be 2 hour without event stuff), let's say 30g on average, that's 120g=1.6 usd dollar

5 hour for 8 character & 7 hour for 11 character, 11x30g=330g maximum, not even five dollar, plus weekly and material u get, probably would get u 7-8 dollar for 7 hour

Minimum wage since 2009 is $7.25,who the hell would spend a day on those alts rather than work 1 more hours on their job? :HongWhat:

I doubt that. The issue is still getting people to play the actual game and spend money for worthwhile content @CharlieIsBoss.

Well yeah, for this to work there has to be some worthwhile content that is semi available. A bunch of different problems are in place to prevent that.
First, the engaging content is gated behind quite a sizable gear wall;

Second, due to the game's core being garbage, the performance in the engaging content is sub bar;

Third, there's lag and lag spikes that they never addressed, not did they work with the transits to aquire better routing;

Fourth, due to the game's core being garbage, they can't afford to put high texture detail and high poly count cosmetics in the store, which is a murderer for a game that had only that opion for a honest monetization. This results in them resorting to the next best thing which would subsidize their operation - selling upgrade materials and gears through cash shop and troves.

As to getting them to play the actual game - for that they'll need to craft a seamless experience which sucks you in. They can't do that cause the appeal of the game is dated and it runs like a horse in quick sand;

@DFVWDSCX Albeit your point is valid, this is a game, not a gear measuring competition, even if some people want it to be just that and not a real game;

Since Class change ticket will never be a thing so players have to start from 0 and pay all over again to upgrade their gears.
I dont understand why they never add an option that can be bought with both NCCoins/HongmoonCoins that will allow you to change your characters hairstyle/hair coulour.
Why should we have to pay 1.000 coins when we only want to change hair colour or hairstyle?
In Aion (Aion was NCsofts game) you could dye your characters hair for free.

And in Lineage 2, which is also an NC game, you could do dungeon style raiding where you enter a catacomb or a necropolis based on the faction chosen, farm special currency from there and just buy potions for hairsyle and hair color change. Requires effort, but is ingame content. Of course it's worth to point out that L2 used to be p2p back when this was a thing. Dunno how things are now after converting to freemium.

Okay, @Sherry Kaizer brought up a good point here. Can we please make this more well-known. One of the strengths in Blade & Soul is the character customization, but NCSOFT tarnishes it with their greed. Let's put this suggestion in the air, please.
