Unable to Install

Trying to do a fresh install of the game and every time I'm met with this popup window. Selecting 'OK' just closes the window and shows the 'Install Game' button again. Anyone else getting this? Can't install the game.

Use this for now, the new launcher is buggy it seems.

This is the old installer link, which will work until Apr. 17th according to a community mod.
