Ping Reduction for Philippines

Will it ever be possible to play at around less than 100 Ping in NA?

 

I currently have converge as my ISP with plan 25mbps. Still my ping plays around 200-300. I was hoping it would go down without using pingzapper or wtfast.

 

Any suggestions?

I'm in NA and I have 150 ms. You will need a VPN to reduce your ping, no other way around it.

Which VPN do you use? I can't seem to get anything around that with pingzapper. Too many servers to choose from.
