Stupid Question - Thrall Aggro

Only 45 so, just a quick question, is the thrall supposed to not take or hold any pve aggro?   Does it eventually at like, level 50 or 60 or something?

Thrall used to have a skill that would take aggro for a short moment but it got removed, so no it does not take or hold aggro anymore unless it's the only thing hitting a mob.
