Yes they are, just dont know for how long will be.

yeah, they can be exchanged for the other, if you currently have a legendary mystic badge

haven’t tested that, but i’m assuming it should work, though i wouldn’t know why you would do that. after all, the badge exchange doesn’t exactly highlight WHICH badge you need, to trade, just that it’s a legendary mystic badge

Don't forget that even if you can exchange the mystic badge for the another class badge, you can't send it to different character and you won't be able to equip the badge for other class.

Right now, the decision is to have that exchange permanent, there's no deadline. If for any reason this would change we would make sure let everyone know well ahead in advance.

Most likely they will keep this feature until all classes get 3rd spec, with this they reduce tickets open on support to change badges when 3rd spec release.
