Moon Refuge quest display bug

This quest is always diplayed wherever you are in Solak.

I think this quest shouldn't be in the Quest Letters.

This is the new repeatable quest in Moon Refuge. It actually helps that it's in quest letters because you don't need to run to NPC to accept it again when you finish it.
