Can Lotus illusion weapon mail between characters in same account?

For example, if I got a lotus illusion weapon chest from my main, can I mail to my alt?

If it does not say "Bound to Account" on the item it cannot be mailed over to any of your alts.

If it says "untradable" on it only, you cannot mail or trade it.
