You need to wait. A new patch just hit and they have an influx of tickets like with every big content update. The only thing you cxxan do is:

 

- wait

- do not respond multiple times to the same ticket

 

you arent the only person with issues, and submitting tickets.

I did respond to my ticket since I forgot to leave a screenshot within the initial post. I guess that's that can be a leading factor as well. Welp, take the time you need.
