Winged Protector (HM block) got hard nerfed

It only lasts 3 seconds now instead of 5, 

i was wondering why i get hit by so many boss attacks recently i normally had my shield for, but now it just runs out in between boss attacks.

 

this is a really bad change.

in some cases may be considered a nerf, in most its actually buffed, since now u get 5 resists on it during those 3 sec (first spec) but for say a solo dungeon, or in case u dont need party hm block using the third spec works the way it did b4, but also reduces blade call cd, so its a dmg buff for the longer fights

ITs nerfed play something else until they fix it. To many ppl where complaining about the spin and frames. They buffed everything else. warden and wl doing good now a days
