How to Get to Moon Refuge?

selected the quest in "J", but unable to windstride to location

You should have a quest to talk to someone in the celestial basin, the same contact that gives the daily quest there.

 

Once you speak to him, the windstride location will unlock.

i did talk to him, but nothing happened.

I did the main quest till chapter 7, no I'm looking for blue quest or letter "taking refuge" but I can't find this quest, so I can go moon refuge :(  any help please?

I read the quest on the first character and it unlock moon refuge but on the second one (made with the lvl 60 voucer) i cand find the quest and i don't have unlocked moon refuge, any help?

I am facing the same issue with a level 60 voucher boosted character.

Voucher only gets you to lvl 60 HM 12, you need HM 13 to unlock Moon Refuge intro quest.

I don't see a quest for the Moon Refuge on any of my Chars.
All are HM16+
My main is lvl60 and doesn't have it.
Iv done the Temple of Succession and Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan.
But I still don't see a Quest Letter for the Moon Refuge, what am I missing ?

Maybe you need to do celestial basin starting quest as prerequisite? Just guessing though.

Can't be it since I have been questing in the Basin for quite awhile.

You get the quest for moon refuge in your quest letters, you then have to accept it and go speak to the npc (that gives the basin daily) then open up your map, solak region and windwalk to moon refuge.

Quest > Taking Refuge

Okay but what I am saying is that I don't have a Quest in  my Quest Letters for the Moon Refuge on any of my chars.
BTW do you remember the name of the Quest ? I am not sure if it's because of a Bug or what.

Okay putting in a ticket helped. I now have the quest " Taking Refuge ", will have to check my email and see what the problem was.

You guys need to read a quest in the quest journal called Taking Refuge. then you talk to basin man and there you go!

Basically, what the guys said. Check in the journal for "Taking Refuge". If you don't have that you need to complete more of the story line. Once you unlock Moon Refuge, here's a guide.

First talk to NPC's in Silverfrost Mountains> The Cardinal Gates> Midnight Skypetal Plains.

This advice works. Once you go inside skeletal plains you will be able to windport over. Thanks!
