LVL 60 voucher

Hi  i have a question,

 

Is it me or more people i didn't got the lvl 60 voucher ..? any idea why or how  i have account for years also a high lvl char and 1 empty slot but idk why i didn't got any key.? hope someone can give me more info about it .. already thank you :)

I am concerned as well but one of my clanmates told me he heard we should have them by morning, worst case scenario. I will wait and see...
