Lv 60 Code : not found

I have the same Problem...

I registered 2 accounts 10 to 8 days befor the  Update, and i didnt recive any thing.

easy way to lose players ..if they dont fix it

Same here, I sent a ticket and have yet to recieve any replies or the code for the level 60 voucher. It's been more than 12 hours heres hoping they reply today.

Greetings!

 

If you go to your account management page, then to "Apply a code", you should find an unused serial code in the Blade and Soul tab. You can click "Apply" and you will get everything. Please contact the Support Team if you do not find any code to apply.

If you get the "failed to use" error, you'll have to contact the Support Team directly.
