Applied a code few days ago but i have no voucher in game .

You should only be able to apply the code as of this morning. Please check your account services page again: https://shop.ncsoft.com/myshop/applyacode

I have letter on my mail with code and it says i aplied a code, and when i asked support about event, they said ill get my voucher today . 

I checked your link. there is no code

what happen to your main quest after using the boost voucher?

I redeemed my voucher and it shows that I have it, but unfortunately I do not see the voucher when hitting 'esc' on the bottom of the screen to apply it. It does show I have the ascension pack in my mailbox with the voucher included but not able to retrieve it. I was able to retrieve the other items included on the character I am trying to Boost. Not sure what I am doing wrong exactly.

If you had the game running while applying the code, you may need to relog your character before it will show for an existing character ;)

A voucher? I still haven't received any of the items from the promotion even though I registered for it. I figured it was taking a while, but judging by the replies they should have been distributed already.

Oh? The code is GIVEN by the code entry page? That would be the source of my confusion. That's the last place I would've though to look for it.
