I registered and did not win the FREE Hongmoon Ascension Pack

Yeah , I've returned to the game and managed to convince my friend to start playing the game with the fresh 60s but we did not recieve any codes yet, im not sure whether we had to do something else other than registering here https://www.bladeandsoul.com/en/news/blade-soul-legacy-of-the-hongmoon-clan-arrives-march-13/

I also have not seen any codes show up. Wait I finally found them in the unused codes section on my account.

If you signed up in due time, you still need to log into your NCSOFT account page and apply the key. I described how to do that in this thread:

Hey, I clearly remember i registered for pack, because when i pressed the link to register i got message that i had already registered for pack. But sadly, i didn't receive the pack(don't worry, i know where to check for the pack) and also submitted the ticket for this problem.
