PURCHASED PREMIUM ON THE SITE

Since I cannot purchase NCOIN in-game, I tried doing so in the official website of BNS, After doing the steps, it only said, ORDER PLACED SUCCESSFULLY, but I haven't received any email and it also doesn't show on my transaction history both on my paypal and bns account/website.

Can someone help me with this?

there is a chance you got "caught" in the fraud checks on nc side. Did they actually take your money? if the money was not taken from myour account i would try again. If the money was indeed taken out, contact support and they can help you.

 

If you try to refund it via your bank you will have bigger issues.

Log in and go to My Account > Settings > Apply a Code and click on the Blade and Soul tab. Maybe you need to activate your premium like that.
