so guys i dont undersdtand this new update thats going on.when should i register for this free pack and is his for only new accounts or old ones can do. and can i register trough my mobile bc i am not home on pc a the time i saw i must log in thnks and i hope u understand me?:

You will need to register between now and before 12:00 p.m. PDT on March 11, 2019, for the FREE Hongmoon Ascension Pack through this website. Then, after the new Blade & Soul: Legacy of the Hongmoon Clan update has gone live on March 13, you will need to log into your NCSOFT Account and claim your Hongmoon Ascension Pack on the “My Account” page of your NCSOFT Account before 11:59 p.m. PDT April 9 / 8:59 CEST April 10, 2019.

 

If you are able to log into these forums from your mobile device, you should also be able to register for the FREE Hongmoon Ascension Pack using your cell phone.

Just to ask, my partner and I started playing very recently, like 2 weeks ago and it says we cant claim it, the message it states is...
