Tormented and Accursed Weapon Chests not available anymore

The Tormented Weapon chest was a drop by chance from the "Dynamic Box" of the Lair, Yeti and Necropolis dungeons.

The Accursed Weapon chest was a drop by chance from the "Dynamic Box" of the Asura Dungeon.

I run those Dungeons today and all you get now is the exp without any box from the dynamic.

Which basically means they removed the dynamic quest box and not bothering to change the flavor text., and now you have to rely on direct drop from the dungeon.

Actually it tormented dropped for me other day from awaken off boss not dynamic.
