The game freezes after clicking play on the launcher

The game freezes after clicking play on the launcher, not even the xigncode3 icon or the splash appears, the freezing of the PC is immediate forcing me to shut it down by force, sometimes the problem was solved by clicking on repair files and I have even downloaded and installed the game 3 times.
