Mouse is stuttering

While i rotating camera with my mouse is stuttering and in menu or character selection screen too. But rotate in game with arrow keys dont make any stutter. I updated my graphic card and mouse's drivers. I tried alt+enter, disable high dpi, set priority to high, bnsbuddy.
