After newest patches, my SF is utterly weak

Damage is lower, but worst of all, can't take ANY hits.  It's like my defenses have evaporated.  I can still dodge things well but it's made the toon useless in melee mode (While slightly tougher in that mode, still very weak).  Ranged, against anything else with range and it's not great.  Did I miss something in the patch notes?  I realize it's been a month or so since I played the toon and I'm rusty, but now my SF crumples like a wet paper tissue bag.  Didn't used to be this way.

Nothing changed, unless you run around with a broken weapon or naked (soulshield doesn't work without clothes) your char is not weaker than before.
