Frost Warden Divine strike bug?

I am no really sure if it is happening to me only, but after last update (05.12.18)

My Frost Warden when using Divine Strike sometimes there is no Hit from that skill.

I can see hits from Bright Wings but when I am hitting main Divine Strike sometimes there is no hit show.

Normally I can see yellow numbers for critical gits or white for normal hits but after updates sometimes there is just no hit, and when u look at HP of boss u can clearly see that HP did go down after Divine Strike.

Could u have a look at it cause it's pain in the .... when I am doing Den Of Ancient and my first strike is not doing any damage or when I am tanking on dungeons and I just can't rise my DPS and I am losing aggro as divine just missed. I got more then 127% acc so there shouldn't be issue with it
