How to get enter gunwon prison again ?

First sorry for my bad english. act 9 chapter 11 : Love Lost ; We are in the gunwon prison for this quest when speak with Bunah ı dont speak Bunah and exit the prison so game teleporting me in the city. How can ı get enter gunwon prison again ? its the bug ?

Windstride to the Dasari Palace and move a little. The game should take you back into the prison right after you move.
