Soul Shields - Theater of Mystery patch

I saw the upcoming changes to the PvP currency for the Theater of Mystery patch (everything turning into bloodstones/fragments) but I couldn't find any info at all about the future cost of PvP soul shields which is pretty vital information to me.
Does anyone know how the SS pricing will look like. did I simply miss it on the patch notes?

You can watch their preview stream for it. also you can safely assume the cost will be identical to the one that the current nova core shields have, just with different materials.

Does anyone know how these will compare to the Nova Core soul shields? are they supposed to be "better"?
