I got disconnected while in divine mandate area right after finishing Ch 17 and when I logged back in I was loaded back out to Middle Keep with no way to get back to the roof to complete "Go to Heaven's Reach with Jinsoyun."

I would try these two things:

1) Windstride directly to Heaven's Reach

 

2) Windstride somewhere to Dasari Palace and move few steps from port spot.

 

The second option worked for me when i left from the prison break part of story. I've got ported back to prison right after i moved.

i got the same problem and support didnt help me until now

Do the following:

 

press "M"
in the area put "Heaven's Reach"
Click in windstride
Go to the yellow arrow of the mission to complete it.
