arena issue

Heloo guys, i might be missing something thats just right in front of me but i'm lvl 35 and i still dont have the "F9" arena icon available. Please can you tell me what i'm missing ? :/ Do i need to do something to activate it ?

The min lvl for arena has been increased to 45 in latest patch.

 

Also arena entrance is under F8 now (same as dungeon or BG lobby entrance).
