Unable to Complete Path of the Gunslinger: Part 5

I just started the game, and right now I am stuck. I'm supposed to just use firefall and then unload for the training room thing, which seems simple enough. But, whenever I use firefall, no option for unload appears at all (yes, I am pointing the target right at the clones under the effect of firefall), so I'm trapped in the training room unable to complete it. I can use unload normally after getting explosive rounds. I'm just a noob that wants to play :,)

Do you have your firefall speced into move 1? Move 1 allows you to use unload without explosive rounds.
