Tailor Shop should be able to link chat the ongoing products

Similar to chat-link a clan outfit during making, being able to chat-link a tailored outfit would be nice to ask for people's opinions in-game.

 

People can also preview these outfits on their character, so it is easier for them to see if the outfit looks bad or good.
