why costumised costumes are not acount bound

once a costume is re-coloured it is no longer account bound, why

because thats what it is. When they introduced the customization option they clearly said that customized costumes will be character bound. If you want to mail the costume you have to restore it in the tailor shop to its original and then it becomes account bound again.

 

This is nothing new.

Cosmetics are 3/4 of the "content" considered for this game, the other 1/4 being in F8.

 

So basically it comes down to the almighty $$cha-ching$$.
