For all the extra Naryu Coins I got (which is all I got) from this event. Now I have even more useless junk to use on absolutely nothing, as rewards for participating in in-game events.

This event is garbage, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for even coming up with the idea, let alone implementing it.

This. And to think that I was persuading my friends that the game isn't actually that bad because the story is good. Now I'm telling them to avoid it.

Telling your friends to join this game for story is a disservice to them, there isn't enough lore in this game to last a week. The story is window dressing for the combat.
