Random FPS drop since repair

I decided to come back to BnS but my pc is really crappie, so I messed around with the options, installed BnS buddy and what not, and I ended up getting pretty solid 47-49 fps, but I was crashing a lot like 6-7 times a day so I decided to launch from NCLauncher not BnSBuddy to see if that was what was causing me issues, and when I oppened the launcher it said it was repairing files so I was like, aight this was it, and ye I feel like it crashes less often now, but after that repair my fps went down to like 5-12,and load screens take betwen 3 and 7 minutes to load, with the same configuration, any idea what's going on? After that repair I've been launching from BnSB just like before.
