Season Rewards

Hi, I didn't wann write support so I will ask here:
To recieve the season reward do you need to play the week before season end?

I ranked my warden; SF; Gunner; SIN and I didn't recieve any PvP rewards on any of them.
If it's like that why doesn't it say that somewhere and why is the system like that...

No

You only need to play weekly for weekly rewards. Season rewards just 1 once is enough (if it's enough to rank)

So should I write a ticket? Cause I didn't get any season rewards for any solo ranking (gold) I did
