gunner TAB skill

Sometimes I press TAB and it fires a very powerfull attack that doesn't let you move from where you stand and sometimes it doesn't do, so I feel I'm not understanding why this happens and I can't unleash all the gunner power, anyone can explain how to ?

Fire gunners tab glues you to ground(animation lock) while you cast all your f and your tab time ends. After that you can move again. Also if you ask about why you cant cast multiple F during your tab you need forst tu use your 4 skill to get debuf on boss and then tab and repeat f+lmb till your tab efect runs out. All this time during tab you will be locked to where you stand on fire. On shadow you can move all the time but it does lower dmg then fire.

Positioning for Bullet Storm is important because not only does it root you to the ground, anything that breaks your line of sight to the tagged mob will also cause Bullet Storm to not activate because it requires the debuff on its target.
