How does the ranking system work in battlegrounds?

I got my bm to gold rank in beluga and I don't understand if its the kills that counts or wins or captures. Like what do you gotta do to get gold ranked in bg? Also is the class ranking system in f11 for arena and bg server wide or region wide?

How do you go up in rank in battlegrounds except win every match?

What rank must I be in battleground and arena to get venture tokens?

The only way to get up in rank in bgs is by winning

you must be gold+ AND top 300 to get venture tokens . 300-91 gets 2 green tokens, 90-46 gets 3 tokens i think ...etc
