Clothing purchase unable to send to alt

Purchased an outfit in the store and changed the colors. Went to send it to an alt and was greyed out, says it is unable to trade. Why bother buying anything if you cannot send it to an alt in your account?

It was clearly stated in the patch notes.

Costumes that are changed in tailor shop / customized are becoming character bound and cannot be mailed. If you want to mail it you need to reset the costume and then it becomes mailable with outfit stamps.
