Bm hm block

Hi i have noticed that my bms party hm block sometimes doesnt apply at all or applies only to myself even though it is speced for party protection.  When i quickly press 1F the hm block doesnt even show up around my character and other members, also i have noticed that sometimes in sst especially i saw that hm block only applied to me and all other party members got lots of damage from the ball that the boss hits on the ground a few times. Or the hm block didnt apply at all, sometimes it lioks like an ani cancel if i dont wait a few second before i press f while blocking

Me neither. I've had a few times that HM block wasn't casted after pressing 1-F, but that was just bad ping.

Maybe a BD have used theirs putting it on global cooldown?
