Bug in F8

Okay so it's like this, me and my group are doing dungeons in F8, and sometimes after we chose the dungeon and start entering and game starts counting down, it hits 0, everyone in my group but me enters the dungeon and I'm stuck in the lobby with a 0 countdown with my character invisible and everyone else invisible, unable to do anything except using chat, which my group can't see even when using party chat and closing the game. It even happened when they tried to recruit me into the dungeon after this happened by telling me to hit LFP, and they couldn't do another recruit until I closed the game.

I don't get any rejoin group message when I relog, and I relog in less than 1 minute so it should appear.

I never had this happen except 1 time but that was the only time it happened, and today it happened 4 times on 4 different dungeons

Anyone here can please tell me why this is happening and how to fix this?
