Help with Wall Dash - Cant Get It?

So I abandoned the Old Man Cho quest that gives you Wall Dash and I cant seem to get it back? It didnt become a letter like it should, and the quest icon doesnt show on the map. How do I get it back? I cant advance the main story without it.

If the letter is not in your quest letters or quest tracker then you probably need to open a support ticket.

This is solved! turns out I didn't have it showing low level quests. you have to go to settings > interface and check "show low level quests". idk why it's not automatically checked, but that fixed it.
