FPS problem

I usually get about 90 fps when idle ingame and it drops down to a minimum of 30 fps while fighting (usually) though it does keep freezing when I try going in arena so I gave up on that, but recently my windows 10 had an update so just restarted my pc like usual and it did it's thing, but then, when I opened the game again the day after my fps apparently has taken quite the drop because it never goes higher than 30 fps when idle, usually fluctuating at about 25 and whenever I try fighting anything it starts freezing, unfreezing and freezing yet again constantly... I checked both my game settings and pc graphic settings and nothing has changed so I have no idea what's going on... Is it something with the game?

try running in 32bit, u can do that from the nc launcher settings.

Oh thanks it worked, now my fps are back normal, though I don't get why
