FPS Dropped to 8-25% after reinstall. Please send help...

Ever since the Warden update, my game started to freeze frame a lot, especially in combat. I assumed it was just because of the servers after a big update, but it was recommended that I try reinstalling. After my Launcher decided to derp out randomly one day and not load a repair file for 4 hours, I decided to do a full reinstall anyway. Ever since, my game has been stuck at 20-25 fps idle, tanking hard during any combat, and completely crashing in Koldrak upon attacking. I have made sure that my game is using my GPU in NVIDEA Settings (GTX 1070, 16g Ram, I7 3.5GHZ). I have uninstalled bluetooth, set priority to High and all that. I honestly don't know what else to do. Please if anyone has any ideas, share. The game is literally unplayable for me as it is.

Did you try Launching the game in 32 bit?
