Weird flashing textures

Hello im getting some weird flashing pixels out of nowhere(they last less than a second and only if i do the same movement pattern) only when i start running after flying and quickly landing,its the only game where im getting these weird bugs but i dont know what are the causes ,any solution?

my temps during game are gpu 53 cpu 52

Gtx 1060 6gb,i3 8100,16 gb ram ddr4

already tried 2 drivers versions ,388.71 and 391.24
