Ncoin in the wrong game

Hi, I'm new to the forums and I currently purchased an Ncoin card. But when I put it in it went to the wrong game, this is my first time and I'd really appreciate the help. I play Blade & Soul and the Ncoins went to Aion. I don't even have Aion. 

 

Any help is appreciated.
