Unable to Sing in

I created character and after going to next , It shows "System Error 200: Account Authentication failed". And Balde and Soul closed. After restarting and login, IT asked 6-pin as usually it asks and later then same error came and I couldn't even see character page.

Note : I have downloaded 1 phase only. As I use 4g net so I get some data issues.

I didn't even know you can start without all downloads...I am rather sure I couldn't do that.

Download everything and start again then.
